I had a package sent to the hotel and asked them to hold it for me until I arrived. They were very attentive to my request. They kept me informed of the package’s arrival and continued to hold the package even after my arrival flight was delayed.
I missed my reservation date, due to inclement weather and airport runway closure. I had to spend two unplanned nights in Dubai. I arrived 2 days late and my package was still waiting for me. Excellent above and beyond ordinary customer service. Shout out to Jacy who kept me informed and my package safe!
